Orders
Prices shown on the site are for the base model as described. Options you select (siding, roofing, flooring, timeline) may change the final price. Every order gets a unique tracking reference when you place it; that reference is included in your WhatsApp message and is how we identify your order. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have confirmed it with you on WhatsApp.
Payment
We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Bitcoin and gift cards. Payment details are shared with you directly on WhatsApp after you place your order — we never ask for card numbers, passwords or one-time codes on this website. If anyone contacts you from another number claiming to be us, stop and confirm with the number listed on our contact page.
Delivery
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and is confirmed before build begins. Build and delivery timelines are estimates; we keep your tracking timeline updated as your home moves through each stage. You are responsible for site access, permits and utility hookups at the delivery address.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel free of charge before build starts. Once your home is in build, custom materials already purchased are non-refundable. Talk to us on WhatsApp with your tracking reference and we'll work out the fairest option.
What information we keep
When you place an order we store your name, email, phone number, delivery city, the homes and options you chose, your total, your preferred payment method and your tracking reference. We keep this so we can build, deliver and support your order, and so you can track it.
How we use it
We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the delivery partner handling your home. We also use website analytics to understand which pages people visit; that data is not linked to your order.
Orders are finalised over WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours. Keep your tracking reference private — anyone with it can view the status of your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your order information at any time by emailing tinyhouse1201@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with your tracking reference. We keep completed order records for our own accounting for a reasonable period.
